Jonathan Shahar

Jon advises a portfolio of clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. His practice focuses on representing banks and loan servicers in an array of commercial real estate transactions and securitization. He regularly assists clients with respect to acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, loan assumptions and modifications, transfers of ownership, mergers, commercial mortgage defeasances, collateral reconfigurations, cash management, easements and various real property related consent requests.

Prior to joining Raju LLP, Jon worked for a boutique consulting firm advising various healthcare providers on maximizing financial performance, refreshing operational structures and processes to increase efficiencies, and helping manage strategic alliances, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He also served as a law clerk in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
