Ajay brings this approach to bear in his representation of clients in the structured finance and real estate capital markets sectors, in guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and cross-border strategic transactions, and in facilitating venture funding for ambitious companies in the seed, pre-series and Series A stages of their growth cycles.
